1. Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period are not eligible under our standard return policy.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the product must:

• Be unused and in new condition;
• Show no signs of use, application, installation, alteration, or consumption;
• Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, components, labels, and manuals, when applicable.

Products that have been opened, used, applied, installed, altered, or partially consumed are not eligible for a standard return based solely on dissatisfaction with performance, results, texture, fragrance, appearance, compatibility, or personal preference.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you believe you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us with clear photos or videos showing the reported issue.

When applicable, we may also request photos of the packaging, product label, batch/lot number, expiration date, serial number, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

A reported issue with one product does not automatically establish that other products in the same order are defective. Each item will be evaluated individually.

4. Professional-Use Products

Certain products sold by BJ BUY BRAZIL are intended for professional use and must be used or installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.

For professional hair treatments and cosmetic products, results may vary depending on factors including hair condition, previous chemical treatments, product compatibility, application technique, processing time, and compliance with the manufacturer's instructions.

For automotive electronics and other professional equipment, proper installation by a qualified professional may be required.

Dissatisfaction with the expected result alone does not establish that a product is defective.

5. Return Process

To request a return, contact our customer service team within the applicable 30-day period.

If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, information regarding the return shipping method.

Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transportation.

6. Return Shipping

Responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return, destination country, and circumstances of the request.

If an item is confirmed to have been incorrectly shipped by BJ BUY BRAZIL, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

7. Refunds

Refunds are not issued solely upon submission of a return request.

When a physical return is required, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If the returned item does not meet the applicable return conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Original shipping charges, import duties, customs charges, taxes, carrier fees, and other charges not collected by BJ BUY BRAZIL are not refundable by us, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. International Orders

Customers are responsible for monitoring international shipments and providing any documentation or information requested by customs authorities or the carrier for import clearance.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges may apply and are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

9. Payment Provider and Consumer Rights

This policy applies to returns and refunds handled directly by BJ BUY BRAZIL.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws or the rules of the payment service used for the transaction.
